Matthew 18:21,22

My view from the chair this morning - Matthew 18:21,22.  How often have I had to remind myself that people are NOT my enemies.  My true enemy is Satan.  Therefore, because you and I have been scandalously forgiven, we should forgive others with that same shocking grace and forgiveness.  Truly, unforgiveness only poisons yourself.  Why would you choose to do that?  If you want your life to be a billboard for Christ's outrageous love, you have to extend the same forgiveness to those who hurt you,  that He has extended to you from the cross.  THEN, you will be free!  Who do you need to forgive?  Freedom is just a phone call or visit away.  Take a deep breath; Use your words; and just do it!
